Can I modify my reservation once it has been done?
Yes, and we are here to help you. If you need to change your booking, add or remove a participant for example, your personal information, the date or time of your activity, please contact us by phone or email. Some local locations or providers do not accept the cancellation or modification of a reservation once it has been confirmed. In this case, this will be mentioned on the activity page of our site.
How long are items saved in my cart ?
Once you have added an activity to your cart, we reserve it for 60 minutes. If you need more time, add the activity to your wish list so you do not forget it. An activity added to the wish list is not reserved, if it is no longer available you will not be able to buy it anymore.
Any extra fee ?
No, you do not have additional booking fees to pay: the price that is displayed is the one you will pay and may be even cheaper than the price of direct sales!
When is my credit card debited ?
Your card will not be charged until the confirmation of the availability of the reserved service. As long as availability is not confirmed, no picking is done.
Is the payment secure ?

Patrivia uses a payment system known for its safety for all credit card transactions made with our customers. To ensure the security of your banking information, it is advisable to go through our site to make the payment. Your credit card or Paypal account will be charged at the time of booking. If the local provider refuses your reservation, the total amount will be credited back to the account issuing the payment.
